    The Billing and Reporting Senior Associate will be responsible for client billing, asset management, as well as preparing financial reports for local office management review. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, processing monthly billing through Elite Webview, GoFileRoom (GFR) invoice tracking, running client detail reports before month end, Elite Enterprise administration including project set up, maintenance and reversals, following up with executives regarding billing and outstanding accounts receivables and providing instruction on Elite and Chrome River T&E entries.  Additional related responsibilities as designated by the Regional Managing Director, Office Managing Director and/or HR Director.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and experience;
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0;
    • Minimum of 2 years of related experience;
    • Knowledge of Elite Enterprise, Elite Webview, Chrome River, GoFileRoom (GFR), and Microsoft Office preferred;
    • Advanced knowledge in Excel is required including macros and pivot tables;
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task, particularly at month end
    • Ability to communicate well and efficiently, both verbally and in writing; 
    • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to respond favorably to a changing environment; and
    • Ability to work under pressure
