    Finance Senior Associates are members of the internal Finance team, which is part of the National Administrative Office (NAO).  They serve as the liaison between the Andersen Tax Finance team and our global finance constituents to monitor financial-related activities. 


    Finance Senior Associates supporting the Global Financial Reporting function are responsible for:


    • Preparation and analysis of Global Financial Reporting including results of operations, balance sheets and statements of cash flows reported by Andersen Global Member Firms, Collaboration Firms and other constituents;
    • Preparation and analysis of Annual Operating Plans and Forecasts;
    • Processing, reviewing and securing approvals for intercompany invoices and expense reimbursements; complying with IRS and other regulations pertaining to processing payments and communicating with foreign affiliates; 
    • Compilation and Analysis of Key performance metrics;
    • Designing new reports in our Global financial Reporting Portal - Adaptive Insights;
    • Special projects and ad hoc analysis;
    • Designing and implementing internal controls including reconciliations, reasonableness tests and rolling forward activity for Member Firms;
    • Documenting and adhering to policies and procedures: and
    • Improving and automating workflows




    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
    • A minimum GPA of 3.0;
    • 2 to 3 years of related experience;
    • Advanced Excel skills;Knowledge of Adaptive Insights desired but not required;
    • Strong communication skills; Multiple languages desired but not required;
    • Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills;
    • Flexible with the ability to adapt to new and different situations with ease;
    • Strong origanizational skills and ability to multi-taks; and
    • Ability to work under pressure.
