    Description

    The National Recruiting Coordinator supports the efforts of the National Recruiting team at both the campus and experienced levels. Primary job responsibilities include:

    • Reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews as directed;
    • Corresponding with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and the status of their candidacy;
    • Sourcing candidates using a variety of contact database tools;
    • Screening and referring qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing;
    • Scheduling and confirming interviews;
    • Arranging travel arrangements for applicants, as necessary;
    • Managing data in applicant tracking database (iCims);
    • Preparing recruiting reports and assisting with data analysis;
    • Processing expense reports and vendor invoices;
    • Providing general administrative support to the National Recruiting Team;
    • Ad hoc Campus Recruiting activity including working with university placement offices and attending on-campus events as directed by the National Campus Recruiting Manager.

    This person will be requested to assist with diverse recruiting-related projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking to gain exposure to a variety of recruiting-related functions.

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business  degree;
    • Professional services firm experience a plus;
    • Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel necessary;
    • Strong attention to detail;
    • Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills;
    • Ability to respond favorably to working in a fast paced environment;
    • Excellent process and problem solving skills;
    • Effective communication, including logical and organized written, verbal, and listening skills; and
    • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
