    Description

    The Regional Recruiting Manager is a member of the National Recruiting team and is responsible for consulting with the local hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs for offices across all the Western US

     

    Responsibilities include:

    • Developing unique and effective sourcing strategies to identify, contact, and recruit experienced tax and finance candidates
    • Generating and developing high-quality candidate referrals; networking and building a talent pipeline
    • Conducting phone/video interviews
    • Participating in building the firm’s employer branding
    • Working with National Recruiting to ensure qualified candidates are pursued in a timely matter
    • Monitoring and following up on candidate feedback in a timely matter
    • Focusing on continuous improvement of sourcing metrics
    • Adjusting sourcing strategies as needed to obtain desired results

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree preferred; minimum GPA of 3.0
    • 4-6 years’ work experience in recruiting-related industry, preferably in a professional services environment
    • Experience in successfully sourcing candidates through networking and using LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Strong experience pipelining candidates for hard to fill requisitions
    • Proven track record of implementing and driving creative, effective sourcing strategies
    • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS experience preferred
    • Strong Excel skills, including experience creating and modifying vLookup searches and pivot tables
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Professional demeanor
    • Collaborative work style with ability to work with and gain respect from all levels of personnel
