The National Learning & Development team delivers business-centric learning and development programs and experiences designed to help our professionals provide best-in-class service to our clients, at every stage of their careers.
We are looking for an experienced manager to join our team, who is seeking to utilize their technical knowledge to provide learning solutions that align with the business priorities of specific service lines of the firm, either Commercial and State and Local Tax, or Alternative Investment Funds and Valuation. This individual will collaborate with firm management, subject matter experts, training committees, and the Learning & Development team, to identify learning needs and develop curricula for the firm's employees across all levels, and U.S. locations, for designated service lines.
As a Manager, you will align learning solutions with the business priorities of specific tax and related service lines, consistent with your technical background. Reporting to the National Learning & Development Managing Director, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
