Our Seattle office is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator. This employee will support human resources activities such as recruiting, local office communications, policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, and other generalist functions. The HR Coordinator will partner closely with the HR Manager and Talent Acquisition team on a variety of projects and administrative tasks. Primary job responsibilities will include database management, supporting employee onboarding & orientation, attending recruiting events, assisting with HR and recruiting projects, scheduling, and related activities.
This person will be called on to assist with diverse projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual starting an HR career who is seeking to gain exposure to a variety of HR functions.
Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in Seattle, the expected salary range for this role is $58,300 to $72,000; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.
Benefits: Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provides twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Compensation: In addition to competitive base compensation, our firm offers annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and individual performance, a discretionary long-term cash incentive program, and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.
The Andersen Seattle office follows a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to work in-office 2-3 days a week or more, as needed. We are located in Downtown Seattle.
