The CRM Data Specialist will be responsible for managing the data entry and quality within Andersen’s CRM including: data entry, routine reporting, research, cleansing, and de-duplication. Additionally, the CRM Data Specialist will be tasked with establishing quality expectations and enforcing standards and best practices. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail who is looking for an opportunity to develop their skills and experience with a premier professional services firm. The CRM Data Specialist will be a member of the global Marketing group.   High-level duties: - Enter and validate accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, experience, and other client information. - Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicate data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries, and schedule data analysis reports. - Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns and insights. - Perform daily CRM maintenance and project-based tasks, including resolving data issues, running data quality searches taking additional external research steps as needed. - Monitor users’ new and amended contact records to ensure data quality. - Collaborate with cross-functional team to establish and enforce data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency. - Identify data discrepancies and perform root cause analyses of issues and ensure remediation according to data management policies and standards. - Conduct thorough research on a wide range of data points and communicate findings through standard ad hoc reports. - Develop and maintain dashboards for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). - Maintain files and logs in accordance with established procedures. - Interact and assist Marketing team with data input supporting our global CRM and provide regular updates on project status/completion. - Develop, implement, and maintain data quality processes, training, and reference materials. - Maintain and update all CRM user guidelines and resources.   Compensation and Benefits   Our firm offers competitive base compensation, benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees based on individual and firm performance metrics per the defined program guidelines. For individuals hired to work in San Francisco, the expected salary range for this role is $71,800 to $88,100; the actual salary offer can vary based upon employee qualifications.   Benefits: Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our firm’s 401(k) plan upon hire. We offer paid time off, beginning at 160 hours annually and provide twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. In this position, the HRIS Intern will assist the HRIS team in the technical and operational functions of the firm’s HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). The HRIS Intern will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations of our firm’s onboarding and offboarding portal and the data integration with our HRIS.  The Intern will also work in our HRIS and onboarding/offboarding portal to assist with employee data, generating reports, new technology projects, answer questions of Human Resources colleagues, troubleshoot problems, document procedures, and continuously look for new ways to automate processes.      Primary job responsibilities include: - Assist with onboarding and offboarding workflow to ensure accurate data integrations between our onboarding/offboarding portal and our HRIS - Work with Human Resources colleagues to answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide day to day technical support for the onboarding and offboarding processes - Develop proficiency within our HRIS in order to manage confidential employee data and assist with ongoing administration of our HRIS - Identify, suggest, and help implement best practices and process improvements - Participate in new technology projects including new system implementations, integrations, and system enhancements - Assist in administering all employee self service activities, including creating instructional guides for employees - Continually streamlines HR business processes through use of technology - Respond to employment verification requests - Administer our paperless employee file system - Assists with additional, ad hoc HR projects, as needed
